Experience

A Fellow in the Nashville Bar Association, Elliott served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry Philips, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. His practice areas include corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, mergers & acquisitions, and securities. He has founded, operated and financed business in the real estate development, retail, oil & gas, and restaurant industries and has reorganized businesses in over sixty separate industries. He has also served as senior counsel for the Hospital Corporation of America. A former professional baseball player, Elliott scouts for various Major League Teams.
