Experience

Rob represents business clients in a variety of business transactions and corporate issues. Rob specializes in providing business and legal advice to companies looking to grow their business and improve performance. Rob also advises clients concerning the formation and operation of their businesses and represents buyers and sellers of businesses and other assets. Rob spent almost seven years as vice president, general counsel and secretary of HealthStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTM), a publicly traded online provider of continuing education and training to the healthcare industry. Rob also served as its director of finance from March 1997 until November 1999.
